Doctors from the American academy of otolaryngology head and neck surgery have exposed more hidden dangers of smoking tc provide additional motivation to quit.

According to the doctors, smoking not only  can causes lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and cardiovascular infection but it can also reason leisurely, fewer perceptible injure in appendage and body structure.

When the Stomach Rumbles

Do you suffer regularly from abdominal pain, bloating or cramping? Do you have alternating diarrhoea and constipation? Have you noticed mucus in your stool? Do certain spicy or oily food, wheat and milk products and stress make your abdominal pain worse? If you have answered affirmatively to some of these questions, it may be likely that you suffer from a condition called 'Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)'.

IBS is a syndrome of the digestive system that is characterised by abdominal pain, bloating, cramping and alternating diarrhoea and constipation. Although the condition may be highly distressing, the good news is that IBS does not cause any damage to our gastro-intestinal system and does not lead to any serious illnesses such as cancer in the long-run. The main problem most IBS patients complain about is the detrimental effect the condition has on one's social and professional life. During an acute attack, many sufferers find it extremely difficult to work, attend social invitations or travel, even for short distances.

What's Wrong With Being

Number Two? 

If everyone stands first in the race who would get the medal for the runners up or who would take the second place? If all commodities were of first rate how can we have the choices for things that come at cheaper rates? The food for thought is why should we all clamor to be ahead of everything and everyone? What is wrong with being second once in a while, what is wrong with being number two? 

There is my friend Jenny who wants to write for the paper with the highest circulation. However the authority of the paper just did not publish anything she wrote and she is suffering from frustration.

A giant cell tumor is an osteolytic tumor occurring in young adults at the epiphysis or end of the long bone. This occurs after the epiphysial plate has ossified and longitudinal bone growth is completed. The tumor of the bone expands to one side over lying skin is stretched.

Roentgen graphic findings-The tumor revealed by a large sharply circumscribed area in reduced density asymmetrically located in the epiphysis sub cortically and extending towards the metaphysic. No periosteum new bone formation. Multiple septae of bone and soft tissue traverse the interior characteristics loculated " Soap bubble appearance"
